MAN 'HAD 450 CHILD PORN MOVIES'.

A 63-year-old Darwin man will face court today after police allegedly seized more than 11,000 pornographic images of children at his house.
The joint Northern Territory and Australian Federal Police raid in Darwin on Wednesday also uncovered 450 pornographic movies depicting children, police allege.
"During the search police seized a number of computer hard drives, discs, data storage devices, home made videos and other computer related equipment," a police spokeswoman said.
"Police are still examining the contents of the seized equipment, but to date have located what is believed to be more than 11,000 pornographic images and 450 pornographic movies depicting children."
The Darwin man has been charged with possessing child pornography, distributing child pornography and is due to face Darwin Magistrates Court this morning, she said.
"Further charges are expected to be laid as investigations by members of the Sexual Crimes and Computer Crime Units continue," she added.
