State: Vic (Lilydale) Offence/ Sentence: August 2002 in the Melbourne County Court ,Dunne pleaded guilty to 30 counts of Indecent Assault and one count of sexual penetration. His victim, a boy aged 11yrs,was molested by Dunne over three years,until the age of 14. between 1984 and 1987 while teaching at Nunawading Seventh Day Adventist Primary School East of Melbourne. August 2002 Dunne received 7yrs 2months jail with 4yrs 9 months non-parole. Other:Dunne also worked at Lilydale Adventist Academy (a high School east of Melbourne). Dunne used his religion to help control his victim and would pray with him after the abuse. |
