State: QLD (Townsville)/ NSW (Sydney)

Offence/ Sentence: Sentenced in the Brisbane District Court in September 2003 to 3 1/2yrs jail/ Suspended after 14months for 4yrs. Pleaded guilty to 34 counts of indecent dealings. Will be released on the 8-11-2004 despite pleading guilty to more charges. Pleaded guilty to a further 6 charges on the 4-11-2004. Sentenced to a 2yr jail term/ wholly suspended.

Other: Former Catholic Priest. The 20 victims were young girls (aged between 4-13yrs old). The 2 current victims were girls. Current offences are similiar to previous conviction.
